This project delivered a full-scale transformation of a former commercial law office and bank into a high-performing mixed-use residential and commercial development - the First in Canada to be completed.

The repositioning strategy increases asset value by converting the ground floor into a mix of commercial frontage and 23 modern residential units, creating diversified income streams and stronger street-level activation.
The upper floors are repurposed into contemporary residential suites to meet rising demand in mature urban markets, while the basement will be upgraded with practical amenities—storage, a party room, fitness center, and dedicated laundry—to enhance long-term tenant appeal.

This redevelopment showcases the value of transforming outdated commercial space into a multi-use residential asset with improved functionality, stronger income stability, and elevated market competitiveness.
